**Jamila Toledano - 108 year old Moroccan Jewess in Gibraltar **Jews’ Gate Cemetery, is the site of the earliest known Jewish burials in Gibraltar, known as “The Saddikim”, opened by 1746. Recently, I had the fortune to visit and find the tomb of my 7th great grandmother Jamila Toledano. I got to repaint the epitaph that had eroded over time with exposure to the elements. On the Gibraltar 1791 cen...
Does anyone here have any information about **Rabbi Judah Benabu** and **Rabbi Mordecai Ohayon**? Both were members of the Beit Din of Mogador in the first half of the 20th Century. Thank you!
## *The Ferares family of Mogador* Whilst visiting Mogador in 2020 I took a walk through the old Jewish cemetery, unfortunately many of the epitaphs on the tombs have eroded over time, but the name on one tomb surprised me. It was the tombstone of Hanna, wife of Jacob Fereres, who died on the 15th of March 1875. I immediately knew that this Fereres family had to be descended from the Ferares/Ferra...

Hi all, did anyone here know a lady in Casablanca named Hanna/Hnina Marrache? She was born in 1906 in Rabat, daughter of Abraham Marrache and Bellida Benchaya. She was married twice, first to Isaac Corcos and later to Martin Zermati. She died in 1958 in Paris. I do not believe she ever had children. I am trying to figure out where her parents fit in the Marrache and Benchaya family trees of Rabat....
This might be a long shot but here goes. Did anyone here happen to know this lady in Casablanca? Felicie Messody Benlolo née Marrache. Born 1922 and died in 2005 in Casablanca. I suspect she was the daughter of Moses and Myriam Marrache of Rabat and Meknes. I would like to know the first name of the Mr. Benlolo she married and if they had any kids. Thanks!
Hi all, does anyone remember a silversmith/ goldsmith/ jeweller in Marrakesh named Hanania? Apparently he had a shop in the Mellah, he was likely born around the 1930s and left Marrakech between 1980-90. He was tall and light skinned. Thank you!

Do we have any group members from Oujda or Jerada who remember these events? Some of the victims are unnamed. It‘a really important to document all their names whilst we still can. May their memory be a blessing.
